Accessing WellBeing – Tools to Manage Uncertainty by Dr. Chander

Dr. Jayshree Chander, founder of Beyond Holistic, will be offering a 4 week program based on the Beyond Holistic JedEye Medics Program. Participants will be introduced to tools they can use to cultivate their health, well-being, and resilience from the inside out. Dr. Chander is committed to creating a joyful process as we access the power of our innate wholeness.

Classes will be hosted virtually via Zoom and will begin Saturday, May 23rd from 3:30pm -4:30pm and continue till June 13th. All proceeds will go back to Narika’s organization.

Week 1: Personal Practices

We will explore tools individuals can utilize independently of the cooperation of others, including meditation, pranayama, and sleep rituals. We will start playing with approaches to dealing with uncertainty.

Week 2: Personal Practices continued

We will explore our values, priorities, and goals as individuals and take a glimpse into the power of our thoughts and feelings. We will continue to access tools for managing uncertainty. We will explore simple regimens for self-acupressure for anxiety and insomnia.

Week 3: Interpersonal Practices

We will explore tools that relate to how we interact with other individuals. We will play with how status influences our interpersonal dynamics, and how we can stay true to ourselves while respecting the truth of others.

Week 4: Interpersonal Practices continued

We will practice the skills of intentional dialogue and clarify the distinctions between feelings, thoughts, needs, and strategies. We will explore gender roles and dynamics.
