Beyond Asana: Asana Pranayama practice resumes tomorrow!

Dear Friends,

We resume our morning yoga practice tomorrow, bright and early for most of us. As we head into winter, this is a good time to start your days by getting yourself warmed up from the inside out.

Current class focus: getting up and out of bed, getting the body and breath warmed up for the day.

This is a led practice with minimal corrections given due to limitations of online venue. Each yogi must be mindful of one’s own limitations and attend to any modifications necessary.

Black Businesses Matter While it may seem daunting to ”fix” racism in our communities, it is helpful to remember that system changes have to start with small steps.

Ending Racism Starts Within! In recent months especially, acts of police brutality, voter suppression, and backlash against kneeling in sports have highlighted the racism that continues to exist in not only the U.S. but all over the world. Black Lives Matter!
