Dear Friends,
Recently I received an email from our friend Bhargavi Garimella, who is a student at Harvard College and a summer intern at Narika.
This summer, Bhargavi is conducting a research project funded by the Harvard Center for Public Interest Careers and conducted in collaboration with Narika, a 28-year-old support and prevention nonprofit serving domestic violence survivors. Your anonymous survey and/or interview response will go a long way in helping this project come to life. Your anonymous survey and/or interview response will go a long way in helping this project come to life.
The objective of the research, is to empower the broader community and building allyship in regard to gender-based violence by:
1-cataloguing community sentiments regarding gender-based violence and its cultural contexts and
2-sharing community perspectives relating to gender-based violence to engage non-survivors and begin building a narrative of support and empathy.
She is planning to accomplish this through a survey. Responses and interviews are all entirely anonymous. Her project will only be possible and successful if she is able to maximize responses and reach as many people as possible.
Every response is appreciated!
ALL RESPONSES ARE ANONYMOUS!
