Dear Friends,

I’m honored and thrilled that Maida Sensei, Chief Instructor of the Northern California Ki Society and authorized examiner representing Ki Society Headquarters in Japan, will be leading a 6 AM Ki (Qi or Chi) cultivation practice on Tuesday mornings via Zoom. We are so lucky to have this opportunity.

All levels are welcome. Ki development is very beneficial for daily life. Just as we are feeling charged by our early morning yoga asana practice, I am sure we will reap the benefits of a Ki practice. This will be a basic class in hitori waza (solo exercises), Oneness Taiso (to music), and breathing.

Sensei usually offers instruction by membership. Please consider a donation in support of the Northern California Ki Society. Your generosity and reciprocity is greatly appreciated and fully tax deductible.

Ki Cultivation
Days:Tuesdays
Time: 06:00-07:00 AM PST
Venue: temporarily on Zoom while we harmonize the COVID-19 situation.
Please contact me to receive the video room link.
A donation of $1 towards Beyond Holistic is also welcome, and not required. Your support is greatly appreciated and fully tax deductible

Looking forward, staying present,
Jayshree
